You need to exchange a product within 2 days once the item is received. Please take in consideration:

• Only size exchange is available.
• Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed with the original brand tags and packaging intact.
• Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, waist trainers and body reducers.
• In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
• Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Products can be exchanged only for a different size of the same product.

You may choose to return and place a new order for a different product.
