Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our compression undergarments and especially for post-surgery garments, for customer health and hygiene, all sales are final and we don’t accept returns, only exchanges on waist trainers for items that meet our requirements.  
Most customers are not comfortable wearing a compression garment that has been used. To give you an excellent customer experience, and for your health and wellbeing, we only sell new garments.

Conditions to complete an Exchange:
  • Any exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving.(Exchanges must be completed within the 10 day window, no exceptions! If you have been approved for an exchange and your item does not arrive within the 10 day window the item will no longer be accepted for an exchange.) 
  • Waist trainers can only be exchanged once.
    Nude color and clearance garments cannot be exchanged. (nude color gets stained the first time you try it on. It’s a very pretty color, but it gets very dirty, which makes it impossible for us to resell)
  • The item needs to be in its original condition and with all its labels. (with no damage as the packaging protects the garment during shipment), and not show any signs of use or be soiled (you must submit photos front, back, inside and hooks/clasps).
  • The item will also be subject to a physical inspection when received at our store to verify if it meets our conditions.
  • You are responsible for shipping the waist trainer through usps or ups to us, at your cost, at: 145 warwick Avenue, Cranston, Rhode island, once we receive your package we will send you a link to purchase an item with a total cost of $16.50 that includes shipment from us to you, cleaning fee and exchange fee

Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or wrong address, the customer will have to correct the address and purchase the return label again. If the customer decides to cancel the purchase, a fee of $10.95 will be deducted from the refund for the cost of the first label.
